Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
luck555 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source.
The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices.

Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. luck555 reserves the right to delay settlement of markets where official results are disputed or under review.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, luck555 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate Account balance will be returned to the Player via their original deposit method, less any applicable deductions.
Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited, and eligible real-money balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
